Working hours
In our effort to provide 24 hour services, 7 days a week, we have a pilot line and all our management staff including drivers are equipped with mobile phones and can be reached any time their service is required. The normal working hours are 0800 hrs – 1800 hrs, Monday to Friday and 0900hrs – 1700 hrs on Saturdays. On Sundays, you can use the pilot line at any time.

Staff Experience and Qualification
Our staff are professionally trained Tour consultants dedicated to the highest standard of client satisfaction. Most of them have more than 10 years experience in the Tourism industry serving in different capacities giving them a wealth of experience.

Tranfers
We offer attractive transfer rates depending on the clients requirements.

Hotel Reservations and arrangements
We own and manage accommodation in Kibale Forest National Park– the Kibale Guest cottages. We also arrange accommodation for our clients prior and during the tour.

Our Clients
We have been in touch with our clients. Safety and comfort whilst on safari are our top priorities. We encourage our clients to have a temporary personal insurance and all our vehicles are equipped with telephones for easy communication.
